Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not offer returns, refunds or exchange for custom built products. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


Before sending us your products for refund, please contact us at sales@globalxpress.ca to check if you are eligible for a return. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once inspected we will process your refund. We do not refund full amount. We deduct 30% of the cost from returns and delivery is paid by the buyer. Applicable HST paid is non-refundable. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow additional 10-12 business days for the refund to show in your account. 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
